Our story begins in 1988 when our founder Henry Backlund met a manufacturer of small soaps - ones that were perfect for hotel use. With the soaps in the tailgate, Henry drove over 90,000 km in one year, determined to visit every hotel in Finland. The travel paid off and soon he had established his first partnerships, many of which continue even today.

Since then, Guest Comfort has been a trusted partner offering innovative hotel products, responsible options and accessible customer service, which has earned us many new partnerships in everything from the hotel, airline and shipping industries to sports and wellness facilities.

Today we are a top team working in the center of Helsinki, Finland. Our mission is to make every hotel experience fantastic by selling furniture, hospitable hotel cosmetics and unique accessories. We achieve this by continuously developing our range and by collaborating with the most inspiring brands. We are passionate about travel, design, all things organic and having fun.
